Simon Rogan's informal and relaxed restaurant, Henrock, opened its doors within the contemporary country house hotel Linthwaite House in October 2019 and was awarded a Michelin Plate just over a year after opening.

Head Chef Cillian Hennessy works with his kitchen team to create a frequently changing à la carte menu inspired by the chefs' travels around the world and which also utilises local produce from Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley.

Henrock is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hoteboasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. Our fine dining 3AA rosette restaurant Henrock is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on Sundays.

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. The role will work closely with the Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the full F&B operation. Key Responsibilities will include:

- Creation of the wine programme at the restaurant

- Overseeing the front of house team of 7

- Achieving Financial Targets

- Delivering a fantastic guest experience

- Staff training and development

- Creation of staff rotas

Applicants should ideally have gained experience in similar quality establishments, be strong team players with excellent communication skills, hold WSET Level 2 and above all a passion for food, wine and spirits.
