L'Enclume located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star, 5AA Rosettes. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and 4 for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The role will involve:
- Pot wash and plate wash
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Receiving and sorting deliveries
- Basic food prep
We can offer both full time and part time roles.
We are keen to hear from Kitchen Porters with a passion for the kitchen and drive to work in a busy, exciting environment, where no 2 days are the same.
