Head Waiter / Waitress - Rogan & Co, Cartmel

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District, Rogan & Co is our Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant and sister restaurant to the acclaimed L'Enclume.

Awarded 1 Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes, Rogan & Co offers relaxed dining, warm hospitality, and exceptional seasonal food. We pride ourselves on creating memorable guest experiences using incredible ingredients sourced from Our Farm and trusted local suppliers, all delivered with genuine and thoughtful service.

We are open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner, Wednesday-Saturday for lunch, and Sunday breakfast service, with Mondays always closed.

We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Head Waiter / Waitress to join our front of house team.

As a Head Waiter / Waitress, you will deliver an exceptional and knowledgeable guest experience while sharing your passion for food, wine, and hospitality. Alongside service, you will take an active role in supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members, helping to maintain the high standards that define Rogan & Co.

• Experience within quality hospitality or restaurant environments

• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members, or the confidence to step into a leadership role
