Simon Rogan's informal and relaxed restaurant, Henrock, opened its doors within the contemporary country house hotel Linthwaite House in October 2019 and was awarded a Michelin Plate just over a year after opening.
Head Chef Cillian Hennessy works with his kitchen team to create a frequently changing à la carte menu inspired by the chefs' travels around the world and which also utilises local produce from Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley.
Henrock is located at the stunning 5 star Linthwaite House Hotel boasting fantastic views over Lake Windermere. We oversee F&B offer at the Hotel from all day dining, bar and lounge menu's and our fine dining restaurant for dinner service.
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. The role will involve:
- Pot wash and plate wash
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Receiving and sorting deliveries
- Basic food prep
We are keen to hear from Kitchen Porters with a passion for the kitchen and drive to work in a busy, exciting environment, where no 2 days are the same.
